My career started in the corporate world. I spent over 15 years working between local small businesses and Fortune 100 companies, leading strategy, growth, and transformation initiatives. I earned my stripes in environments where data drove decisions and execution was measured.
But the work that changed me was working with local businesses. Owners who had built something real and were pouring everything into it. They did not need another framework. They needed someone who could look at their business the way an outsider sees it, find the profit hiding in plain sight, and help them build the systems to capture it.
That is what Sage Advisory Co. does. I bring the rigor of corporate strategy and the practicality of hands-on execution to businesses that have outgrown guesswork but cannot justify a full-time strategy team.
