working for – and against – them, and help them grow through it.

I work with small business owners to uncover their trajectory. From understanding where they want to end up, we can work
backwards on the steps we need to take and the elements we need to have in place to make those advancements possible.

Through strategic and detailed assessment, we determine our
areas of opportunity and work in every capacity of the business
to optimize performance and profit.
EXECUTION
Utilizing a customized approach of tried-and-true as well as
new-and-improved processes and applications, I work with small
businesses to implement sustainable changes that can be
understood and maintained.
RESULTS
Objectives will be measured against historical and industrial
data, using agreed upon metrics of improvement and success,
on a consistent and timely basis.
